Join the CAUDIT Communities of Practice today!

Membership of the CAUDIT Communities of Practice are open to IT, library and research support staff of all CAUDIT member organisations only. This includes associated organisations of members eg Victorian Tafe Association Inc.  There are some exceptions relating to our sector and AHECS partners, however, in general if your organisation isn't listed on the membership page you are unable to join the forums.

If your organisation isn't already a member of CAUDIT we would love to have you involved and CAUDIT has a number of different membership levels to support participation by higher education institutions eg research organisations or technical colleges.  You can find out more here

How many Communities can I join?

We encourage you to be strategic in your selection and join the Communities that best relate and overlap with your job role. You are welcome to join multiple Communities however you will receive communications from them all and as such you might miss the really important stuff.

* Membership of the Associate Directors list is restricted to senior level positions or participation in the CAUDIT Leadership Institute. There is a separate sign-up process for this - please visit this page for further information on how to do this.

Ready to join a CAUDIT Community?

When you select the button below you will be prompted to login via Australian Access Federation (AU members) or Tuakiri (NZ members) and enter your everyday username and password.  CAUDIT has recently implemented an automated sign-up process that will add you to the various Community forums, namely MS Teams.  To join, you will need to sign-up with your institution email that matches your institution domain.  You can expect to receive a confirmation email.  If you don't receive your confirmation email, check your junk folder and also visit this help page for locating and participating in the CAUDIT Communities Teams spaces.  Hot tip: they sit under the CAUDIT tenant and you may need to switch over to see the channels.

If you are having any trouble joining a community or you are a staff member from a CAUDIT partner, please reach out to us on communities@caudit.edu.au for help.
