The TechnologyOne Reset: Renewed Focus and Stronger Partnerships

TechnologyOne will unveil its renewed strategic focus and introduce the “New TechOne”, a refreshed direction built around customer partnership, deeper sector engagement, and a modernised product vision.

You'll hear how TechnologyOne is resetting its approach to the higher education community, strengthening the way we listen, collaborate and co-create solutions with customers through expanded Customer Advisory Boards and Product User Groups. We’ll share how sector bodies including CAUDIT, TDA and Heads of Student Administration (HoSA) are playing a central role in shaping our roadmap and helping solve industry-wide challenges.

This session will also showcase the positive changes happening inside TechnologyOne, from infusing our teams with specialist SMEs, to maturing our interoperability and composability capabilities, to embedding a more integrated product development pathway across our rich portfolio of solutions, and our developing strategies focussed on how we plan on partnering with third implementation and consulting partners.
