CAUDIT Members' Meetings

Member meetings are exclusively held for the most senior IT representative from CAUDIT Member Organisations eg CIO, IT Director, CIDO etc and their plus one, eg 2IC etc.  Representatives from sector associations are often invited to attend where relevant.

When: The Autumn Members Meeting is typically held April - May and the Spring Members Meeting is typically held Sept - October.

Where: As a national association CAUDIT Member Meetings are held in regional and city locations around Australia and have also been held in New Zealand.  The location and the dates are set at the start of the year.  Keep an eye on this page for the next meeting.

The Member Meeting event page will include options for accommodation either at the meeting venue or close by and will secure exclusive pricing where possible.  Participants are then able to book their accommodation directly.

Participation from all Member Organisations is highly valued. If, after registering, you are no longer able to attend, you are welcome to nominate a representative such as a senior staff member or 2IC, to transfer your registration to. If you are unable to nominate a representative, we will support your cancellation, which will be processed in line with CAUDIT’s refund policy.

The CAUDIT events team work to ensure the best value for participation.  Your registration price includes all venue hire, AV, catering throughout the day and evening functions such as networking and formal dinners,  as included in the agenda.  Not included in the registration is your travel and accommodation.

Participation in the Member Meetings is based on the 'consumption model' and not automatically included within the Member Organisation annual membership subscription.  During your registration you are able to pay via credit card or via invoice.

Presentations from past meetings are loaded under the resources tab of the CAUDIT website and also can be found using the link on this page or here.  Most presentations are 'locked' and accessible only by staff from CAUDIT Member organisations.  On the presentation page you will be prompted to log-in via AAF for Australian member organisations and Tuakiri for NZ member organisations.  Information on how to login can be found here
