CAUDIT Managers Program

A transformative experience

The CAUDIT Managers Program (CMP) is a sector-specific initiative designed to strengthen your effectiveness as a manager and future leader.

Developed for middle managers and team leaders in information technology and information resources within higher education, the program runs for approximately seven months. Sessions are delivered online and culminate in an in-person workshop at the conclusion of the program.

The CMP features a series of practical modules that build core management capabilities, with a focus on delegation, coaching, influencing and resilience. It also incorporates the LSI peer review process and one-to-one coaching sessions to support meaningful, lasting change.

A key strength of the program is its sector focus, providing exposure to real higher-education scenarios while fostering strong formal and informal networks with peers across the sector. The extended duration enables participants to apply their learning in real time and supports genuine personal and professional growth, reflected in the strong outcomes of previous cohorts.

Over many years, the CAUDIT Managers Program has consistently helped participants reframe their thinking and approach to management, delivering benefits that extend well beyond the duration of the course.
