The CAUDIT Managers Program is delivered by highly skilled professional facilitators alongside senior leaders from across the sector, creating a powerful and transformative experience for participants.

The technical program is collaboratively designed by Cassandra Spencer, Director, Capability and Experience at CAUDIT, and Greg O’Brien of PaceLearning, a seasoned expert with extensive experience working with higher education institutions. Greg brings a strong understanding of the operational environments in which sector managers work and is supported by professional facilitators who deliver key technical sessions with precision and depth. Cassandra takes personal pride in ensuring the program continues to evolve and deliver meaningful impact, maintaining its reputation as a sought-after management program for the sector.

Each facilitator approaches their sessions with a strategic and insightful mindset, blending emotional intelligence with practical, results-driven methods.
